OMG, OMG, OMG, this was one of the best meals of my life. Chef Doug as a person is fun and entertaining and lovely to talk to. As a Chef he is accomplished, professional and produces some freaking amazing food. From the salad to dessert I was completely blown away by the flavors and presentation. This may be a pricey experience but it was 100% worth it. The menu was magnificent, he taught us a lot about the preparation and some of the special details (garlic aioli) that made the menu next level. He was wonderful and so was the meal. Oh yeh, and he cleaned everything up so that made it even better. Kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived. Amazing experience.
